Keep reading to find out why Lynnee cookware is your go-to for the best non-stick pan fry pan and learn how to create this delicious recipe from yours truly, Sydney Carlson.

Why Your Pan Choice Matters for Perfect Scallops

The key to flawlessly seared scallops lies in choosing the optimal pan with which to cook scallops at home. A good frying pan is the difference between limp, pale scallops and stunning caramelized ones with the prized golden crust.

The Lynnee 11" fry pan is the best fry pan to use when searing scallops for several reasons. The extra large size allows you to space out scallops evenly without overcrowding, so they don't steam but instead brown evenly. The non-stick coating means you won't sacrifice precious scallop flesh to a sticky pan, and the heat distribution avoids hot spots that cause uneven cooking.

You use less oil and retain better control over the searing when scallops are prepared in a nonstick fry pan. The construction of Lynnee pan allows for easy change of temperature so that you can achieve that perfect balance of crunchy outside and tender inside. The contemporary appearance of the pink frying pan, brought to you by Sydney Carlson, adds a visual touch to your cooking and yet gives you professional returns.

Perfect Pairings and Serving Suggestions

These pan-seared scallops pair nicely with a variety of sides and wines. For vegetables, accompany with roasted asparagus, sautéed spinach, or a simple salad of arugula. The sweet corn and herb butter elevate the natural sweetness of the scallops with additional textural contrast.

For the wine, use dry, crisp whites such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or light Chardonnay. The acidity serves to cut through the butter fat while balancing the delicate flavor of the scallop.

These scallops are great served over risotto, pasta, or with roasted potatoes for a more substantial dish. The herb butter is an excellent sauce to serve with any of these choices.
