• add canned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cook on low for 15-20 mins stirring occasionally

• boil pasta in salted water to al dente, transfer to sauce and toss to combine, add pasta water as needed

• add handful of basil leaves and toss

• plate pasta, add fresh burrata ball, top with olive oil, salt pepper
